Hi everyone! I’m Maggie, a software engineer, PM, and ScrumMaster (CSM-certified) with a knack for turning ideas into actionable experiments. I’m also a certified Lumina Spark practitioner.
This life-restructuring module I’ll be sharing is a systematic framework I developed during my digital nomad journey. It emerged as the best solution during the most uncertain period of my life, combining Agile principles used in organizations with PM techniques like focusing only on “MVP tasks.”
This framework enabled me to design a unique way to reconstruct my life, clarify my path forward, and identify what I truly want.
In this session, I’ll introduce you to the Life Restructuring Module I created, designed with Agile principles, and show you how to use Kanban tools to visualize and take control of your life’s progress. Whether you want to add a splash of color or a new storyline, it’s all up to you.
